Director of Renovation and Maintenance
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in maintaining rental properties and managing construction/renovation projects of all scopes and sizes.
Prior to joining SYNCO, Jeff worked as a service manager for Southwoood Realty and as a regional service manager for Cottonwood Residential. At Cottonwood, he was responsible for capital improvement projects at 13 apartment communities, which included preparing the scope of work, securing contracts and sub-contractors, quality assurance, scheduling and achieving completion at or below budget.
At SYNCO Jeff works closely with onsite service supervisors and managers in coordinating compliance of all types including OSHA, property inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Jeff is a licensed commercial and residential contractor, and is certified in numerous apartment property maintenance functions. He has a diploma from Gaston College in HVAC/Electrical, where he achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average, and is an EPA Section 608 certified trainer.
