Senior Regional Director
Nicole began her career in the apartment management industry in 2001 as a leasing consultant for Westdale Asset Management. She was promoted to several different positions throughout 12 years of service concluding her time with them as a Regional Director. As Regional Director, Nicole oversaw the management and day-to-day operations of twelve apartment communities totaling over 2,500 units.
In 2013, Nicole joined SYNCO Properties as Regional Director. Her responsibilities include: oversight of the operations; management of senior on-site personnel; coordination and facilitation of the annual budgeting process; oversight of financial
operations and budget variance reporting; creation of annual business plans; creation (in concert with community managers) of monthly marketing plans; and creation (also with community managers) of the monthly owner’s report.
Nicole has been involved in the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association since 2005. She has served on several committees throughout the years and was chosen to complete the Leadership Lyceum class in 2011.
Nicole has earned her CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association.
