Chief Operating Office & Chief Financial Officer
Jennings joined SYNCO Properties in 2006, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SYNCO, Jennings was with Bank of America in their real estate finance group.
He is responsible for the company’s accounting department and all financial reporting corporately and at the property level. He also underwrites acquisitions, financings, and developmental projects. He interfaces with the VP of Apartment Operations including weekly review of the company’s proprietary KEEN pricing system and participates in the annual budget for all properties.
In addition to his work as an officer of SYNCO, Jennings is Past President of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and is the incoming President of the Apartment Association of North Carolina.
Jennings is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and was a member of the National Spanish Honor Society. He speaks fluent Spanish, having studied for six months in Spain while attending UNC-CH.
