Investing in real estate and providing related services since 1971, SYNCO Properties, on its own and in partnership with others, acquires, finances, manages and sells investment real estate that includes primarily multi-family rental properties, with additional holdings in retail, office properties and land.

Since its founding in June 1971, the company has organized more than 140 realty investment ventures having acquired properties in over 18 market areas in the Southeastern United States.

The firm is privately held and currently employs approximately 60 individuals.

SYNCO Property Management, Inc., a wholly owned management, leasing and maintenance subsidiary, contributes significantly to achieving the operating and investment objectives of the company and third party owners where properties are managed on a fee basis.
