In the late 1970’s, the company entered the office leasing, management and maintenance business. During the 1980’s regional offices were established in Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, Greenville SC, Nashville and Atlanta for purposes of providing office services to the company’s partnership portfolio of 36 office buildings and parks, and a nominal amount of retail property.

Currently the company is providing various office and retail services, both on owned assets and for third party owners, to properties located in Charlotte, Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem, Southern Pines, and Lenoir NC.
